My self-help blog

Maybe it's all the snow and slush on the ground, but lately I've been feeling down on life. Hopefully these "goals" will provide some structure and help me feel better.

Wear lipstick more (I don't go out enough to save it for special occasions).
















Make a fancy dinner once a week, starting with some recipes from Ad Hoc at Home.




















Cook something substantial twice a month so I will have leftovers for lunch. This is the pulled pork I made two weeks ago. It fed me, my roommate, and my boyfriend for a week.

Always have on hand a book for leisure reading.


Take pictures.
